Sharing Traditions

Yesterday we went to a friends annual donut party. They spent all day making delicious donuts and in the evening lots of friends gathered to chat, play with cute kids and babies, enjoy apple cider and donuts, and expand friendship circles. Emily loved sitting and watching all of the action and wasn’t the least bit concerned with all the noise. It was such a fun evening and I was inspired but the simplicity of the tradition that truly celebrated the joys of the season.
