Andrew’s Pretzels

Yesterday we set out to run a few errands. By late afternoon we found ourselves at the mall and bombarded with soft pretzels at every turn. We were starving at the end of our time there so we power walked out to the car to flee from temptation (because who really wants to spend $4 on a pretzel when we spent $2.97 on a shirt).

After eating some leftovers in the fridge for an early dinner, Andrew began combing through the internet’s vast collection of soft pretzel recipes. He made a winner! It was a bit labor intensive because it included boiling the pretzels before baking them, but it was so worth it (especially because I mostly watched with Emily)!
