Easter

This year Easter fell on General Conference weekend. On Saturday we started the day out by doing a bit of spring cleaning, music blaring and dancing along. After an hour we went outside and played basketball together, then grabbed a quick lunch at quodoba and lemonade ice cream at chick-fil-a.

We enjoyed spending time together as a family listening to the words of the apostles and prophet.

Emily’s first easter egg hunt was a few weeks later at a church activity. We had brunch together at a park and then had a big egg hunt. Emily figured out how it worked after we asked her to clean up the eggs. The first one cracked open and she discovered the candy instead and was sold on finding eggs.
