Sumo Bots

Andrew and Jessica had an interesting competition last fall.  Their applied physics class ended with dividing into teams and building their own sumo bots.  They had to do all of the wiring to get a working remote control destruction machine.

Now you can watch them in action! In case you don’t watch the entire movie – it starts with Andrew’s bot defeating Jessica’s twice (although not without a serious fight and loss of limbs), but in the end Jessica’s bot wins all (JCT^2) and defeats not only Andrew’s, but also the two others in the ring.
