Valentines 2019

We found stamp pads at target in the dollar section and we picked them up for a fun valentine craft.  We very rarely buy things from the dollar spot and the kids were thrilled with my surprise yes.

We made lots of thumb print cards for each other and my family.  We ended up making and writing lots of valentines and sending a whole bunch to the Moose home.  Unfortunately we realized too late that I switched up Andrew’s and Christine’s! Best valentines mix up ever!

Andrew, Emily, Nathan, and Laura bought me roses.  It quickly turned into me having my one rose on the table and Emily using the roses to beautify her room.  She has taught me that there is so much more joy to be found beyond looking at flowers.  She enjoys them to the fullest extent possible and I love that about her.

We had a simple valentine’s dinner with soup and the best loaf of homemade sourdough bread I’ve made to date!
